Ella Jones
Ella has experience in advising both private and public sector clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious construction work and is knowledgeable on a wide range of public procurement matters.
Ella completed the Legal Practice Couse (LLM) in 2018 before training at a Welsh-regional law firm, qualifying into the Construction, Energy and Projects team in 2023. Ella then expanded her construction experience as internal legal counsel at Hitachi Energy, where she supported the Grid Integration department on various energy projects.
Ella joined OPC in December 2025.

- Negotiating terms and condition in respect of an EP+ contract for multiple GIS bays – circa £150m.
- Assisting a higher education facility in respect of a circa £60+ million new campus development, from conception through to contract signature
- Advising a community benefits company in association with the development of various complex renewable energy projects (including solar and hydrogen).
